MTN nokstas can log onto noknok almost for free (signalling is charged, but on MTN, noknok data is zero-rated).
For Vodacom, Cell C and Virgin Mobile, there is no zero-rated data for noknok.
To send pictures, participate in the chat rooms and download stuff, there must be enough Chedda in your Chedda wallets.
Performing these noknok actions will lower the Chedda in your wallets, not your actual airtime. (Yay!).
Whether a noknok action is successful or not, you will still be charged.
Dialling *123*14# costs nothing (MTN only).
Inviting your buddies and receiving notifications is on the house.
Chatting to your fellow nokstas will be free of charge too.
Unlimited IM-to-SMS and MMS is available, if you have enough Chedda. (Awesome, hah?).
SMSs sent to 31557 to get your password will be charged at standard rates. For Vodacom, Cell C and Virgin nokstas, this will also be charged at standard rates.
